BUFFET EX BLUE

I will introduce BUFFET EX BLUE. It is a dynamic open kitchen buffet. There are Japanese food, Western food and Chinese food. More than 70 kinds of dishes are arranged in each corner. The parent company of this restaurant procures food from contact places in Japan and around the world. The distribution network delives promtly and they provide a stable supply system. They are working with the greatest circumspection to food avoid accidents and food poisoning.


I went to this restaurant in Lalaport YOKOHAMA for a weekday dinner. The lighting is dark and adult-like. But of course there were families with children that day. Dinner time has a special limited menu. It was roast-beaf. And Lunch time's special menu is French toast. I felt the roast-beaf was a little tough and the appearance was different from the photograph of the shop sign. The good points were the chef made sushi in front of me when I ordered sushi (only dinner time), we could make waffles and we could enjoy a chocolate fondue. I recommend gratin, pizza, mushroom cream soup and pudding
 

The lunch hours are (weekdays: 11:00 - 17:00, weekends & holiday: 10:30 - 16:00) and dinner hours are (weekdays: 17:30 - 23:00, weekends & holiday: 16:00 - 23:00). Lunch time's last order is 16:00 and dinner time's last order is 22:00. There are 180 seats. Point card, wheelchair and child seat are OK.

The price varies depending on the time and day. Weekday adult lunch is ¥1,599 + tax, child is ¥1,049 + tax. Weekdays adult dinner is ¥2,199 + tax, child is ¥1,249. Weekend & holiday adult lunch is ¥1,799 + tax, child is ¥1,149 + tax. Weekend & holiday adult dinner is ¥2,299 + tax, child is ¥1,399 + tax. A baby is ¥499 + tax all time. All contains a drink bar, but alcohol bar is extra cost.
